Thin paper oversized "slick" (this would have been shown to Houston Astros promotions staff for approval), measures 12"x14-1/2", certified by JSA #AE71397, comes with certificate sticker on item and card as well.  Condition on this is VG-EX, shows some surface wear and corner wear due to its thin slick paper stock, newspaper use for the original ad and age, and will ship rolled due to size.  Craig Biggio signed this in black sharpie, dark and impressive signature.  Rare, unique item for the Biggio or Houston Astros collector who has most everything else.  Rarely seen item and not ever autographed.  Comes from longtime Astros front office member Gene Pemberton collection.
