Access and Account

Products and Sellers

TradingCardsMarketplace.com operates as a multi-seller marketplace where products are offered and fulfilled by independent third-party sellers (“Sellers”). Each item listing identifies the product offered and, where applicable, the Seller responsible for shipping and customer service.

TradingCardsMarketplace.com does not manufacture, warehouse, or inspect every item sold. Sellers are solely responsible for product quality, authenticity, and legal compliance.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from the corresponding Seller. An order is not accepted until the Seller or TradingCardsMarketplace.com confirms acceptance and payment is processed.

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Pricing and Billing

Sellers set their own product prices and shipping rates. Prices may change at any time without notice. By completing a purchase, you authorize TradingCardsMarketplace.com or its payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable amounts.

Shipping and Delivery

Sellers are responsible for packing, labeling, and shipping their own products. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you once the item is handed to the carrier. Tracking will be provided when available.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, images, graphics, and other materials within the Services are owned by TradingCardsMarketplace.com, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise authorized in writing.

Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

You may be provided access to optional third-party tools provided “as is” without warranties. Your use is entirely at your own risk.

The Services may include third-party links not controlled by TradingCardsMarketplace.com. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, policies, or transactions.

Relationship with Shopify

TradingCardsMarketplace.com is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are directly between you and TradingCardsMarketplace.com. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, transactions, or resulting issues.

Privacy Policy

All personal information collected is governed by our Privacy Policy. Certain information may also be processed under Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

General Provisions

Feedback: Submissions grant TradingCardsMarketplace.com a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose.

Errors & Omissions: We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders without prior notice.

Prohibited Uses: You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.

Termination: We may terminate your access at any time. Key provisions survive termination.

Disclaimer: All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.

Limitation of Liability: TradingCardsMarketplace.com is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification: You agree to hold harmless TradingCardsMarketplace.com and related entities from claims arising from your use of the Services.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TradingCardsMarketplace.com is headquartered.

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
