Rainbow Foil — and the Base Insert Is Also Foilboard

At high zoom the entire card surface carries dense metallic glitter speckle, including the white border areas and the Topps logo box, which print flat on the base insert. Worth stating because the base ASG insert is itself printed on foilboard, so the word "foil" alone does not identify this parallel. This is not the Pink Foil SP, Green Foil SSP /99, Gold Foil /50, Orange /25 or Black Foil /10, and not the Topps Chrome Update version of #ASG-49.
