Training Grounds is printed on **dark foilboard**, and the card is **full-bleed on both sides**: the foilboard artwork runs to all four edges and the only design furniture is an asymmetric bottom-left banner and a diagonal cut-corner motif. There is **no symmetric reference to measure against, so no centering percentage is quoted**. Verified **base insert**: the foilboard is neutral dark, with none of the blue cast that identifies the Blue Foil parallel, and there is no serial numbering on any edge of either side. Training Grounds is a flat insert set with no short-print tier. **Condition, stated plainly:** there is **light white flecking at the bottom-left and bottom-right corners and a small nick at the bottom-left**, plus minor light flecking along the bottom edge. This is ordinary foilboard edge wear — but on a dark foil card it is far more visible than the same wear would be on white stock, so it is called out rather than left for you to find.
