The published checklist lists #703 explicitly as "703 Anthony Santander SP". That makes this a parallel *of a short print*, which is materially scarcer than the same parallel of a common number. **The parallel:** base 2025 Heritage carries a white outer border; this card has a solid royal-blue one. **Dark Blue Bordered** is the official Topps name for it, seeded roughly 1:7 packs. Heritage prints no parallel word on the back, so border parallels are identified visually — there is nothing under the set stamp to read. A correction worth stating plainly, because it trips people up: **Heritage border parallels are not serial numbered.** Only Bicentennial /200 and Color of the Year /76 carry serials among the base parallels in this product. The Blue /150 - Green /99 - Black /76 - Gold /50 - Orange /25 - Red /5 ladder belongs to Topps Chrome and Big League, not Heritage, so the absence of a serial here is correct rather than a missing detail.
