1976 Design & Verification

2025 Topps Heritage replicates the **1976 Topps design**, and the **"Topps News — All-Time All-Stars"** subset occupies #341–350. 2025 Heritage's base set runs 1–400 with short prints at **401–500**, so #346 is a normal base card, not an SP. Verified **base**: standard matte vintage stock with no chrome, foil or color border, and no serial numbering on any edge of either side. Centering against the printed design block inside the symmetric white border: **52/48 left-to-right, 45/55 top-to-bottom**. Corners are sharp and the edges are clean. **One thing disclosed rather than glossed over:** there is a **fine curved fibre crossing the lower-right white border**. Its geometry and the way it continues into the scan background both say scanner-glass hair rather than a mark on the card, but that could not be ruled out with total certainty from a scan, so it is stated here instead of quietly left out. Back code reads CMP087332, with one digit at the limit of legibility at 600 dpi.
