Verified **base**: the card face is **uncoated newsprint stock** — part of the "Topps News" newspaper design — with no foil, chrome or refractor layer anywhere and no serial numbering on any edge of either side. The insert has no short-print tier, though the whole set is mega-box-exclusive. Centering against the symmetric outer black rule frame of the newspaper border: **47/53 left-to-right, 40/60 top-to-bottom** — the design sits noticeably high, and that is quoted rather than rounded off.
