The Colored Border Is the Design, Not a Parallel

**Do not read the multi-colored outer border as a color parallel.** The peach, dark red, white-with-dots and red blocks across the four corners are **the original 1990 Topps design language**, reproduced faithfully. Every 90CB refractor parallel is serial numbered, and there is **no serial numbering on any edge of either side** of this card. There is also a separate **1990-design autograph insert** in the product. This is the non-autographed card — it has a full stats back with no signature area. Centering was measured against the **black-keylined color frame band**, which was confirmed symmetric (the band measures 32 pixels on both the left and right): **44/56 left-to-right, 48/52 top-to-bottom**. Slightly right and low, but within a strong range. Corners are sharp and the chrome surface is clean. The faint horizontal banding visible across the dark background of the scan is a **scanner artifact**, not a mark on the card. Back code CMP104577.
