This is the Prism: not the plain Refractor, not Sepia, X-Fractor, RayWave, Negative, Geometric or Lightboard, and not a serial-numbered colour (Aqua /199, Blue /150, Green /99, Purple /250, Teal /299, Gold /50, Orange /25, Black /10). Prism is unnumbered by design, so the absence of a serial is correct.
