Holmes carries one of the longer roads to a rookie card in the set: drafted by the Dodgers in the first round in June 2014, he did not reach Atlanta until signing as a free agent on 8-13-22, and the back of this card shows a single big-league line — 26 games, 2-1, 68.1 innings, 70 strikeouts, a 1.19 WHIP and a 3.56 ERA in 2024 — identical to his career totals at print time. The year before, at Triple-A Gwinnett, he made 50 appearances with 13 saves and 74 strikeouts in 61 innings.
