Mini Format — Size and Supplies

This is a **tobacco-size mini**, not a standard card. Measured off the scan it is **1.46″ × 2.69″**, which is the size Topps has used for Allen & Ginter minis since the set's revival — a deliberate replica of the original 1887 Allen & Ginter tobacco cards. It will **not** sit correctly in a standard penny sleeve or a 3×4 toploader; it needs tobacco-size supplies. It ships in appropriate protection. Centering, measured against the symmetric ornate black frame: **52/48 left-to-right, 53/47 top-to-bottom** — excellent for the format. All four corners are sharp and square. Verified as the **base mini**: cream border (not Black Border, not Gold Border), the card number **190** is present on the back (which rules out the No-Number /50), and the back is the standard "The World's Champions" stat back. 2025 A&G base runs 1–300 with short prints at 301–350, so #190 is well outside the SP range.
