The Plain Base — the Blue Frost Border Is the Design, Not a Parallel

Worth stating clearly because it causes confusion: the light-blue cracked-ice border that fades to white is the standard Holiday base design, printed as a gradient with no metallic layer. It is not a parallel. What this card is not: Silver Glitter, Blue Metallic Glitter, Holiday Tree, Blue Evergreen Foil, Purple Glitter /99 or the SSP /10.
