2024 Topps Holiday is the annual winter release, base run **H1-H200**. This is the **base** card, with the standard icy blue and white crystal border. The parallel question was settled by direct measurement against **the Holiday Tree parallel of this exact card number, which is also in this batch**: this border is **matte, with no glitter flecks and no metallic sheen**, and the back stock measures effectively identical to the Tree card's plain white (mean RGB 210.6/211.8/214.9 against 209.9/210.8/213.7), so it is **not foilboard**. **Not serial numbered**, verified on all four edges of both sides. **Not a short print** — H124 is a regular base number, and this is the standard base photo rather than an Image or Holiday Variation SP. Back code CODE#CMP088141, identical to the Tree card's. Being straight about one limit: I could not locate a published reference photo of the 2024 Holiday base border, so the base-versus-Blue-Metallic-Glitter call rests on the absence of any glitter or metallic finish plus the base-to-Tree border-swap logic.
