**This is the base card, not the image-variation short print — and that was checked rather than assumed.** 2024 Topps Black & White has base short prints at **#101–110** (this card is #46, outside that range) *and* a separate 20-card **Image Variation SP list that includes 46-SP Acuña**, sharing the same card number. The published base #46 front was pulled and compared photo-for-photo against this card: it is the **base photo** — the dugout shot, leaning on two bats, with the dugout signage behind him. Explicitly **not** the variation. Verified base otherwise: no serial numbering on any edge of either side. Every parallel in the set is serial numbered. **No centering percentage is quoted** — the front is a full-bleed black-and-white photograph, and the back's white border is vertically asymmetric by design. **A good sign on a black card:** the corners are sharp with **no white showing through the black bleed**, which is the first place a black-bordered card gives itself away.
