Shota Dohbayashi was Hiroshima's second-round pick in the 2009 draft out of Chukyodai Chukyo High School, and as a rookie in 2012 he played 144 games with 14 home runs and became the youngest position player in Carp history named to an All-Star Game at age 20. About the Mini Image Variation

2024 Topps 206 NPB rebuilds the classic 1909 T206 tobacco-card design around Nippon Professional Baseball. The Mini is the format that takes the homage furthest: it is printed at the actual size of a 1909 T206 tobacco card, roughly 1 1/2 by 2 3/4 inches, noticeably smaller than the standard card. Minis are pulled far less often than the standard base cards and are the version set builders chase.
