**Two things about this card are easy to get wrong from a photo.** First, **the front design mimics a die-cut notch, but the card body is a true rectangle.** That was measured, not eyeballed. It is not a die-cut card and should not be described as one. Second, **this is the base chrome insert, not a refractor.** The finish is flat mirror chrome with **no prismatic rainbow break** in the blue field or the white areas — that is the insert's own chrome finish, not a parallel treatment. No serial numbering on any edge of either side. The insert runs GNC-1 through GNC-25 at roughly 59,800 copies each, with no short-print tier. **No centering percentage is quoted** — the design is full-bleed chrome to all four edges. Corners are sharp. There is **very minor white edge fraying around the perimeter**, typical of chrome-stock cutting and not chipping into the design; the surface is clean.
