When this card was printed Christopher Morel was the Cubs' No. 11 prospect per MLB.com, coming off a run in which he hit .345 over his final 30 games for South Bend in 2019 and .294 against right-handed pitching for the season, after swiping 23 bases in the 2017 Dominican Summer League. The Cubs added him to the 60-man roster on June 28, 2020. This is his 1st Bowman Chrome card, the first Bowman-branded chrome card issued for him and the version prospect collectors index on.
