The back of this card states plainly what it is: a Star Caricature Reproduction of Ronald Acuna Jr. from 2020 Topps Big League, with the original artwork by Rich Molinelli, inspired by the Big League stars of Major League Baseball. Acuna had just come off a 2019 season in which he led the National League in runs and stolen bases and hit 41 home runs with 37 steals, following his 2018 NL Rookie of the Year award. Big League is Topps' low-cost, art-forward set, and the Star Caricatures are its signature insert — hand-drawn rather than photographic, which is why they hold a following well beyond the base cards. This is the reproduction art card version, labelled as such on the back.
