A quirk worth knowing so it does not look wrong: the back copyright reads “© 1987 LEAF, INC.”. That is standard boilerplate on 1988 Donruss backs; the card is from the 1988 set, identified by the “88” tag under the Donruss banner on the front. Thomas has cards in several Donruss years and they collide constantly — this is not 1987 Donruss #266, not 1987 Opening Day #43, not 1986 The Rookies #10, not 1989 Donruss #576, not 1990 #263 and not 1991 #491.
