The silver **\"1990·2025 35th ANNIVERSARY\" seal** on the front is part of the base insert design, not a parallel marker. Verified base: standard red-bordered stock, no serial numbering on any edge of either side. Back code CMP097764; the back is a horizontal 1990-style stat back. Centering was measured against the **black frame rectangle around the photo window** rather than the outer border, because the 1990 design's outer color blocks are asymmetric by design and are not a valid reference.
