1. What is a Live Box Break? A Live Box Break is an event where we open a sealed box or case of trading cards live on camera. Participants purchase spots in the break, and cards are distributed based on the specific break format.

2. How can I participate in an LHC Break? To join a break, browse our available breaks on our website. Select the break you're interested in and purchase a spot. 

3. What types of breaks does LHC offer? We offer various break formats, including:

• Random Team/Division Breaks: Participants are randomly assigned a team/division, and receive all cards pulled for that team/division.
• Pick Your Team/Division Breaks: Participants select and purchase a specific team or division, receiving all cards pulled for that team or division.
• Random Hit Breaks: Participants receive a random card or "hit" from the break.

4. How are teams assigned in Random Team Breaks? Teams are assigned using a randomization process conducted live on camera to ensure fairness and transparency.

5. When and where can I watch the live breaks? Live breaks are streamed on our TikTok page at Tiktok.com/@lakehartwellcollectibles. We'll provide the schedule and links on our website and social media channels.

6. What happens if a break doesn't sell all its spots? If a break doesn't fill, we'll reschedule to allow more time. If it remains unfilled, we'll cancel the break and offer participants a refund or credit.

7. How are multi-team cards handled? For cards featuring players from multiple teams, we'll use a predetermined method (e.g., randomization) to determine which participant receives the card.

8. When will my cards ship after the break? Cards are typically sorted and shipped within 3-4 days after the break. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your cards are on their way.

9. What if I can't watch the live break? No worries! All breaks are recorded and uploaded to our TikTok page. You can watch the replay at your convenience.
