Order Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, you agree to the following:
Marketplace Shipments: Your products may be shipped from one or multiple sellers in separate shipments with varying turnaround times.
Fraud Controls: You may need to verify your order via an email titled "Marketplace Verification" (or by direct text). This will require you to click a link, enter your phone number to receive an authorization code, and input the code. Check both your inbox and spam folder. If you do not receive the email, your order has likely been processed for shipment. If you do not wish to verify, please refrain from placing the order.
Order Issues: If you have any questions or issues, create a buyer account and message the seller directly through your order. You can do this by logging in on our site under "Marketplace Logins" and using the order email on the "Buyer Login" page. Sellers have 3 days to respond. If the issue is unresolved, contact us within the lower right chat bubble for assistance.
Order Cancellation or Changes: The marketplace cannot cancel or update your order on your behalf, nor can it change shipping addresses. Many sellers ship quickly, so please double-check your order details. If you need to cancel or change it, contact the seller directly. Sellers are not obligated to cancel or change orders, and response times may vary.
Seller Policies: Each seller sets their own store and product policies. These are listed on each product page. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding these before purchasing. Use the "ask a question" feature if you need more details about an item or the seller's policies. Many sellers have a no-returns policy.
Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation is requested and granted, any shipping insurance purchased is non-refundable. If a seller cancels for any reason, those fees are refundable and processed separately within 1-2 business days.
Disputes: We strive for fair and timely resolutions and do not tolerate rude or aggressive behavior. Please allow up to 3 business days for the seller and then 3 business days for the marketplace to address any issues before disputing charges with your bank. Please note that our buyer protection policies are void once you dispute a charge with your bank. We will work extremely hard to make sure disputes are settled properly and fairly.
Shipping Insurance: By purchasing shipping insurance, you agree to its terms and conditions.
